Healthcare Assistant

Location: Berkshire & London
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Role Overview:
Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with washing, dressing and grooming
• Medication prompts
• Mobility support
• Meal preparation
• Monitoring wellbeing

Requirements:
• Caring attitude and reliability
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous care experience preferred but not essential

Support Worker

Location: Berkshire & London
Employment Type: Flexible shifts

Role Overview:
Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism or additional support needs to live independently.

Responsibilities:
• Promoting independence and life skills
• Supporting routines and structured activities
• Emotional support and companionship
• Working alongside families and professionals

Requirements:
• Experience in support work desirable
• Understanding of safeguarding
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and empathy

Live-In Carer

Location: Berkshire & London
Employment Type: Live-in rotation

Role Overview:
Provide 24-hour care and companionship within a client’s home.

Responsibilities:
• Full personal care support
• Medication assistance
• Household tasks
• Emotional companionship
• Overnight availability

Requirements:
• Previous live-in care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Strong professional boundaries
• Commitment to long-term placements

Senior Care Assistant

Location: Berkshire & London

Role Overview:
Provide leadership on care packages, mentor junior carers and ensure compliance with care plans.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising care delivery
• Conducting spot checks
• Updating care documentation
• Liaising with management

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years care experience
• Leadership capability
• Strong documentation skills

Care Coordinator

Location: Slough / Harrow Office

Role Overview:
Coordinate rotas, manage care schedules and ensure continuity of service delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Staff scheduling
• Client communication
• Record keeping
• Monitoring service standards

Requirements:
• Organisational skills
• Experience in care coordination preferred
• IT proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure
